Dr. Stacy-Ann Smith D.C.
I was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica. My family and I migrated to South Florida when I was 8 years of age. I attended Loxahatchee Groves Elementary, Crestwood Middle and Suncoast High School. While in high school, I worked with the Palm Beach County Weed and Seed Project in Riviera Beach, Florida. Influenced by my mother the matriarch of the family, I learned the importance of giving back to society. I have been serving on the Board of Directors of Royal Meadows Group Home, a place for young people with disabilities in West Palm Beach for the past twelve years. My mission is to provide safe effective chiropractic care to the citizens of Loxahatchee Groves and surrounding areas regardless of color, race, creed or nationality.
I completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Oakwood College, now Oakwood University a Seventh-day Adventist Institution in in Huntsville, Alabama. A lover of music and singing, I was a member of the World Renown Aeolians of Oakwood University. My melodious voice has led me to perform in nearly every state of the union between high school and college years. I still perform as a soloist at religious and community activities.
Following my Bachelor’s Degree, I obtained the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina in December 2008. I am licensed in the states of Florida and Georgia. Upon graduation from Chiropractic School, I practiced in Jacksonville, Florida. My dream of becoming an established provider of chiropractic services in my own business, led to the establishment of Abundant Living Chiropractic Center LLC located in Loxahatchee, Florida. I am currently a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and Team CME, an organization of Certified Medical Examiners who are responsible for performing drug and alcohol testing as well as physical examinations through the Department of Transportation. I am also a member of the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. Some of the various conditions that I am able to treat are migraines, ear infections, asthma, digestive problems, carpal tunnel syndrome and numbness & tingling. I look forward to serving the citizens of Loxahatchee Groves!
